Party at the spacious Dance Hall, the festive hall at the Dance Academy, with various DJs and Easy Street. 

8.00 - 9:30pm: A Blues workshop starts the evening with Andrew Twiss and Judith Estermann. This class is also available for those who are not attending the workshops. Location: Dance Hall;  Price: CHF 15.-/10.- (for those without workshop passes); Registration is not required. Note, that this class is required if you plan to attend the second part on Saturday evening.

8:30pm: Vintage Make-up Salon. This is your chance to spice up the party with your looks. It is up to you if you want the perfect red lips, a neat eyeliner, or just a classic matte vintage base. Experienced make-up artists are available on site to help you to put on the look of the '30s and '40s. Fee: between CHF 10 and 20 depending on your needs.

from 10pm: Live band Easy Street: Jürg Morgenthaler, Sax, Klarinette - Dave Ruosch, Piano - Dani Solimine, Gitarre - Thomas Dürst, Bass - from 10pm.
You may remember this band form last year STIR IT!'s goodbye party by Dani Solimine. Since then it has been proven in several occasions ??? and they were our first choice for this year's Friday party. The rhythm section of Steven's workshop will be added this evening by Jürg Morgenthaler. This is a band of musicians who are very passionate about playing for dancers. While the band insipre you with their music, they in turn get inspired by your movement and style. We are very happy to have them and looking forward to an evening with full of suprises.

Party with brilliant Big Band sound into the spacious ambience of the Dance Hall. This year you can also express and prove your social dance skills in a Jack'n Jill contest. For participation please register here.

8:15 - 9:15pm: Crash’n’Go with Roger Schmidlin and Katharina Fröhlich. Come to know the basics of Lindy Hop, and learn how to do the basic steps. Feel the spirit of the Swing era and try your first steps on the social dance floor at the following party! Location: Dance Academy, Room 1; Price: included in the Party price (partparticipants who leave the party before the beginning of the live music will be refunded CHF 20). No prior knowledge or registration required.

For those who cannot get enough and would like to let the weekend come to a classy ending the party starts right after the last workshop.

This final party includes DJ and live music: Mya Audrey, vocals and keys - Dave Ruosch, piano - Dani Solimine, Gitarre.

For this last evening Dani Solimine has put a very special band together. With his congenial partner at the piano and the voice of the Swingin' Cookies the dancers are drawn one last time on the dance floor. STIRIT's Bye-Bye Party is known for its lively atmosphere and musical surprises.
