If you register and pay for the entire workshop by 15 August 2010, at the latest, then you are eligible for the Special Offer for Early Birds (price marked with *).

You are only able to take advantage of the Special Offer for Early Birds if your participation is confirmed within the time period specified. Because the number of spaces for participants without dance partners is very limited, we recommend that you register with a dance partner of the same level or find one subsequently (for example through posting a comment on our Facebook page).

For students and Stir It!-members there are also reduced prices for workshops. Please bring your valid student card / Stir It!-member card to the check-in or box office.

  • Your registration is binding.
  • We are grateful for the quick execution of your payment, payable to Postfinance Account 85-411102-5. For payments from abroad: IBAN CH55 0900 0000 8541 1102 5, BIC POFICHBEXXX.
  • We do accept Euros as bank payments, but all payments at the box offices and at check-in must be made in Swiss Francs.
  • All transaction charges are to be paid by the participant and must be added to the price quoted on the website.
  • Please pay within 30 days after registration, but the payment must be recieved in our bank account well before the beginning of the workshop. Preferential prices for Early Birds will only apply if the full workshop price has been received by 31 August 2010.
  • For reduced workshop price, please bring your student card or member card to check-in, otherwise the difference in price has to be paid cash.
  • If you have already registered but are not able to participate in the workshop we will reserve our right to charge you as follows: 
    - until 30.09.10 50%, 
    - until 15.10.10 75%, 
    - from 16.10.10 100% of the workshop costs.
  • Should you be sick or have had an accident and are able to document it by showing a medical certificate, we will refund you the full workshop costs minus handling charges of CHF 20.-. 
  • Should any of the teachers or musicians not be able to appear, we will provide an appropriate replacement. 
  • To be properly insured is the responisbility of the participant, we herewith decline any liability.
  • Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
